Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the quorumflow.com website (the "Service") operated by Quorum Flow ("Quorum Flow," "we," "us," or "our").

3.1. No right, title, or interest in or to the Service or any Content is transferred to you. 3.3. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission of Quorum Flow. 3.4. Should you submit any Content to the Service, you grant Quorum Flow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Content in any media.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
4.1. In no event shall Quorum Flow, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage. 4.4. The aggregate liability of Quorum Flow for any and all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall in no event exceed the amount paid by you to Quorum Flow in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or One Hundred U.S. Dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
5. Termination
5.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. 5.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. 5.3. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
6. Governing Law
6.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 6.2. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
7. Changes to Terms
7.1. Quorum Flow reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. 7.2. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must cease using the Service.
